Hi Everyone,

It is easy to forget the widespread uses for which we can use EFT, especially when it comes to the "small things."  We tend to walk right by those.  However, Perry Finck reminds us how to use EFT to avoid having a small problem turn into something big.

With many things in life it is the small things that after a while can add up to very big things. EFT can take care of even the smallest of these things to make the whole of ones life better.

I do enjoy kissing my wife, but previously I would not kiss her after she drank coffee. (I do not like coffee.) She knew that and accepted it. I did not like this because it took away from my enjoying my wife's kisses after she had coffee.

I had previously read how some people were able to get some of their good taste experiences back by tapping. Along these lines, I was able to help my daughter get back some of her sense of smell after she had lost it due to a car accident. So I asked myself why not? And from my writing on my wall I got back, "Try it on everything!"

So I did just one EFT round of "Even though I do not like to kiss my wife after she has drunk a cup of coffee I truly and completely accept myself, and I choose to kiss my wife after she drinks coffee." The results are great. I now am able to kiss my wife immediately after she has drunk her coffee.

No! It is nothing big, but even the smallest of things do add up after several years of marriage if one lets them. I choose not to let them.
