Sorry I didn’t have more time to talk when you called.  I was in the middle of some testing and one candidate was having problems and my work-study couldn’t handle it so I had to go…I can’t wait to see either of your movies!  Let me know when they are ready.

So, below is a short blurb.  Let me know if this works for you. 

Part of my regiment for staying healthy and free of cancer or other disease is meditation along with prayer, taking good care of myself and, of course, tapping!  

I had Prostate Cancer nine years ago and my latest PSA was 0.4.  It doesn’t go much lower than that.  I feel very grateful for EFT.  Concerning my daily meditation, I have discovered that using EFT helps me to reach a deep meditative state much quicker.  Here’s how it works. 

When I meditate, I sit until my mind is quiet, until I am in the "Power of Now" as Eckhardt Tolle puts it.  Most of the time,  my mind quiets down in a short period of time, but sometimes it dredges up conflicts, resentments, worries, etc. When that happens I often use EFT on the issue at hand and am able to release it.

Now and then, my mind will pop with multiple rapid fire issues.  When that happens, I put my finger to my mouth and make the SHHH sound.  I continue to SHHHHH while I tap on the EFT points and my mind becomes quiet and I enter into a deep meditative state;  I am infused with and surrounded by bright white light.
