I'd like to share my amazing experience with EFT.

I have been going through a very stressful time at work the past couple of weeks.  Over that time, I have been using EFT on everything I can think of relating to my job, with little success.  I have been so tense that I have been using hypnotherapy CDs to fall asleep, only to wake up through the night still stressed.  When I woke up in the middle of last night, I decided to do EFT again.  Because I didn't want to wake up my husband, I visualized tapping the spots instead of actually tapping them.

I had a level of intensity of 9 out of 10.  My set up phrase was, I love and accept myself even though I have level 9 stress in my body.  After going through all the EFT points in my mind including the 9 gamut my level of intensity dropped only slightly.

The second time around, I rated my level of intensity at 7 out of 10.  I began to notice areas of my body that were more tense than others so started repeating this level 7 stress in my chest, and I chased the body sensations around as I completed the round.  By the end of this round, my level of intensity was back at 9 out of 10.

For my third round, I decided to try the Choices method.  I tapped, I relax my body.  I felt no shift at all until I got to my thumb, when I changed my statement to I relax my judgments, my thumb became alive with energy, almost like pins and needles or as if it was asleep, but it was not painful. 

I visualized tapping until the buildup of energy dissipated, and moved on to the index finger point.  Again there was an intense energy buildup, pins and needles, and no pain.  On middle and baby finger points, I changed the words to I relax my beliefs.  Then I changed the words to I relax my perceptions as I tapped the gamut point.  WOW!  I had gone from a level of intensity of 9 to a 1 out of 10 with just my hand points in one round!

I did one more round alternating the statements used above.  There was very little charge on my head and body spots, and again my hands held the remaining blockage.  I ended with the phrase, I relax my expectations, and my level of intensity was now zero out of 10.

I had released two weeks of intense and unhealthy stress in a matter of minutes!  Once you find the key (and the location), you can shift instantaneously!
