Suppressed anger expelled via the stomach

Here is more evidence of the link between our physical ailments and our unresolved emotional issues. In this case, Jenny Newton describes an intense case of suppressed anger that is expelled (while doing EFT) from the stomach via 5 minutes of burping and acidic sensations.

By Jenny Newton

Dear Gary,

I have been doing EFT for about 12 months and it is like opening presents every time. Surprises and delights, some disappointments but always a gift.

I wanted to tell you of an experience with EFT that was quite surprising for me, I have heard of it happening but never seen it.

I have been working with a friend who has many emotional and physical problems. Several days in bed a week, sensitive to many types of foods, panic attacks and other issues that crop up on a daily basis. I suggested we could work with EFT to see if any of these problems could be shifted.

As we worked through emotions and her childhood issues, we stumbled across anger. It was well hidden and suppressed (This lady does not appear to have an angry bone in her body).

As we tapped on anger, which resided in her stomach and felt like a ball of "knotted twisted string," she started to bring up wind and burped loudly! This continued for a good five minutes.

My friend can see and feel energies, auras etc and explained to me that her mouth felt bitter and acidic and that she was expelling the (visible to her) suppressed anger. After the session she felt tired but a lot better. She seemed to even look different slimmer and more upright (Sorry if this sounds a bit strange but I know the people that read this are open minded).

I am still working with EFT on her and the results have been wonderful.

Thank you to everyone that writes in for us to learn from.

Jenny
