Hi Everyone,

Here's an interesting idea from Eaglemoon Raes that is designed to help those with resistance to moving forward in life.

Hugs, Gary

By Eaglemoon Raes

Years ago, I realized that as much as I would want something in my life, like success, or prosperity, if I were completely honest with myself I would find that I actually had resistance to the same thing.  The more I explored how I was feeling I found that I had an inner tension in my body that felt like a tug of war inside, a constant feeling of inner stress.  I also felt like I would vacillate from one foot to the next, over and over again, as if I were standing in a rowboat, rocking the boat, creating motion sickness or an inability to move.

Similarly, it felt like I was putting my car into drive, then throwing it into reverse, grinding my gears so to speak.  In life this would be an illogical way to get to the grocery store.  So I thought if I were in neutral, I could glide to my destination much more easily!

When I discovered EFT I began using a setup phrase that I call stepping into neutral that would release my desire and resistance to just about everything in my world.  This was my way of navigating through the labyrinth of my life because “desire and resistance” for me felt like a wall.  I could either continue banging into the same old wall, bumped and bruised, or I could tap on the desire and resistance to achieving my goal and move beyond the wall.

I wanted to share this technique with others because for me the internal walls began to break down easily, sometimes instantly, other times within a few tapping sessions.  Once the walls were down moving forward into a more magical life was simple.  Over the last couple of years, I have been using the Stepping into Neutral Technique with my clients with amazing results.  This technique can be applied to any situation.  I will use success as an example:

Even though I don’t feel successful I accept who I am.

Even though I don’t believe I’m successful, I am choosing to have fun succeeding.

Even though there’s a part of me that wants to succeed, there’s a part of me that doesn’t, and I’m in conflict.  I am choosing to release my conflict so I can step into neutral moving into a new life full of success and enjoyment.

Reminder phrases: I’m a loser …No, I’m not! … Yes, I am … I can’t do anything right … Yes I can … I can’t believe I’m so stupid … If only I had listened to ________ … But I listened to ME and everything is all right.

Positive phrases:  I have all the attributes of success within ME … I can do it if I decide to … My attention is focused on my goal ... I am confident in my ability to move forward … I do it with ease … Life is a fun and exciting adventure … I allow myself to appreciate my life and to fully enjoy it.

Then watch the magic!
