Judi thinks that doing EFT for others helped her - winning in Las Vegas

Hi Everyone,

Now here's a fascinating EFT story by Judi Malinowski. Whether or not she was truly able to bring good luck to Las Vegas gamblers is a matter of conjecture (however, it wouldn't cost anything to try it for others). But, as you will see, she personally benefited from the exercise.

Hugs, Gary

By Judi Malinowski

Dear Gary,

Some time ago I stayed in a downtown Las Vegas Hotel a week before a speech convention so that I could practice my speech. The rules were: five to eight minutes without notes, and I knew I needed to look as relaxed and animated as possible. Up until then I had just barely written the speech out. For whatever reason, I couldn't focus, and I became anxious that I would make a fool of myself in the ballroom full of 250 people if I didn't get down to practicing.

I tried distracting myself by going out for meals, and then I'd stop to watch the gamblers at the craps table. I remembered the movie, "The Cooler," about the fellow who stood near gamblers who were having a hot streak. He was hired by the casino to change their luck and cool down the table. I looked up at the mirrors above me where I knew there were watchful eyes, and I thought wouldn't it be a kick if I were an "anti-cooler" and I were to heat up this table. I had just watched your series of EFT presentations, and I thought "these folks need Gary's energy."

I selected one gambler, and I stood behind and in my imagination I tapped. What came up for me was a tremendous amount of judgment. I worked on my judgment of the person.

Even though you have a ridiculous haircut, I deeply and completely accept you.

Even though you think you are the cutest thing alive, I deeply and completely accept you.

There were tattoos, wrong make-up, bad posture; all kinds of judgments for me to work on. I mainly imagined tapping the karate chop, but I also went through the gamut, and within 10 minutes, I would be "in love." with my gambler.

What I noticed was that the selected gambler invariably became "lucky." Part of me was truly amazed, and part of me stayed with, "I deeply and completely accept you." I persisted with this "anti-cooler" game for three days, the reason being that each session was good for at least two hours of steady speech practice up in my room. I was able to focus, and I memorized the speech quickly. If I lost focus and couldn't practice, I'd head downstairs to the casino.

I remember saying, I will wait till my gambler has a hand's length of chips in front of him, then I'll go to my room and practice my speech. Often, the gambler would roll the dice for at least 15 minutes, and often more, and the rest of the table would "get hot" and the casino would change the crew. Another phenomenon was that the gamblers began to notice me, and tried to include me in friendly ways. I think that was unusual.

There are two other movies, "The Magnificent Obsession," and "Amalie," that were influencing my behavior. I've always loved the idea of doing good things for people who need them, but doing them in an anonymous fashion. In "The Magnificent Obsession" the notion is that if you do, your positive impact on the world will increase and expand.

When I made my speech, I knew that I couldn't have done as well as I did in the contest (I came in fourth) if I hadn't given my attention away free gratis to those gamblers.

Sincerely, Judi Malinowski
