Hi Everyone,

Here's an idea that will transform the day for anyone. Gratitude to Tim Watts for submitting it.

Gary,

I wanted to share this with you and the readers of the newsletter.  I have already been doing this off and on, but recently found myself performing it throughout the entire day, give or take a few moments, and the results are staggering.

I travel by underground each day to get from A to B, and whereas before I would be bombarded with thoughts of:
"I wonder what she is thinking of me"
"I don't like his haircut"
"He smells"
"I wish this train would get a move on, I'm late already".

I now tap on people (in my head) sitting opposite me, sometimes I imagine I have about 8 hands and am tapping on 8 different people at the same time.  I repeat loving statements, choices statements, setup statements, and mentally tap on their heads, chest and face points.

Here's what I experienced:
1.  A great sense of joy and peace
2.  The journey was over before I knew it
3.  I step off the train with a spring in my step
4.  I witness people relaxing
5.  I am rarely ever late for an appointment
6.  Any unresolved frustration or self-pity disappears

I started doing this each time I had to wait for a bus, a train, or even if I was walking along the street.  By the end of the day, and having mentally tapped in the region of 100 people.  I could have floated home and a wonderful sense of inner calmness and quietness I had not ever felt before came over me.

I now practice this when I am talking to others, or when I see others talking to each other - what a great way to direct my intention.  I mentally tap, and ask God to bless them with love and peace, keeping it really simple.  So, rather than trying to think positive, I just mentally tap on others using powerful statements.

I highly recommend this to anyone who spends a lot of time traveling or waiting, getting caught up in the negative thinking patterns as mentioned above.  It frees my thinking, and directs my attention to helping others.

To all those who have just begun practicing EFT - persevere and count the miracles, you've struck GOLD!

Thanks Gary,

Blessings to you,

Tim Watts
