Hi Gary,

I had a story I thought I would share with you showing the versatility of EFT.

A group of friends and I are currently training for a charity walk of 100 kms (60 miles) through rugged bush and mountain terrain.  While chatting to one of my mates on MSN this morning, he wrote that his calf kept cramping up.  I wrote back on MSN, describing where to tap and what to say as he did it.  His responses were as follows,

"Hey that feels good, I can feel my calf uncramp."

He was most surprised and impressed with the results, which by the way happened in seconds.  I wrote my message describing how to apply the EFT and no more than 30 or 40 seconds later he had written back with his results.

Another person impressed with the speedy results of EFT

Cheers

Jarrod
