Success for a migraine headache from an EFT Newcomer

Hi Everyone,

Migraine headaches are among humankind's most miserable maladies. Sufferers often can't work so they stay in bed and/or take strong medications until the migraine passes. To my knowledge, there is no known medical cure for this disabling ailment. The meds simply help alleviate the pain--but that's about all.

Interestingly, EFT has addressed headaches of all kinds--including migraines--and often clears them up without any medications whatsoever. Sometimes they come back (requiring more tapping) and sometimes they don't. I've seen many migraine headaches dissipate after applying EFT and sometimes THEY NEVER COME BACK.

Is that a cure? Seems like it to me.

Below is a message from Paul Lynch of the United Kingdom. It discusses his first effort at using EFT which happened to be on a migraine headache sufferer. Impressive success was obtained and the client was, of course, thrilled. Her testimonial letter is included.

Hugs, Gary

By Paul Lynch

Just one session was enough to do the trick. Val came to see me because she was at her "wit's end," and had "tried everything".

I asked her when the migraines started and she said it was ten years ago. I asked her if she had been through any emotional experiences previous to that and she stated that she had been through a tough divorce and felt "guilty" because she was the one to end the relationship. Here is the letter I received from her a week ago, three months after the session.

Dear Paul,

Many thanks for your letter you sent some time ago. I am pleased to report that my Migraines have stopped! I wanted to leave some time before writing to you just in case I got the dreaded headache - but no, and I have given it every chance to manifest on a few occasions I even dared it, I must admit! At first I just got the symptoms i.e. aching eyes, disorientation etc. but no pain or vomiting which means one can carry on with a normal day and use the tapping technique which worked.

It takes a while to realise how much these Migraine attacks rule your life and what you do unconsciously to avoid situations which may bring one on and, on the other hand, to realise that it would be no longer necessary to do so now - What freedom! So I can't thank you enough for giving me a normal existence with the E.F.T. I have no idea how it works but I can tell you it does, so keep up the good work. I have been spreading the word when I can, so I hope some people have been to see you, there are one or two others who I'm waiting to get in touch with as well because I know it would help them too.

Keep up the good work, Paul. Very best wishes and thanks to you and your wife.

Val.
