Hi Everyone,

Here is how Utahna Tassie applied EFT to a complete stranger and quickly eliminated an annoying pain. These "little" problems happen all around us and can often be relieved with a little effort on our part. Please consult physicians on all medical issues.

Hugs, Gary

I was waiting in line at the post office one day when I observed one of the clerks holding her head in obvious discomfort.  As luck had it, her window opened just in time for my turn.  After we took care of my postal business, I told her that I had noticed she was in pain with a stiff neck and that I could teach her a quick self-help technique that may help her if she had a free minute or two.

She said that her daughter was a massage therapist, but she lived out of town.  I told her that I was also a licensed massage therapist, but I wouldn't need to touch her for this.

I said, "My friend in California taught me this wonderful little technique that just requires a person to tap gently on a few places of the body while saying some specially formed affirmations, and it can be self applied."  She agreed, but needed to wait until there weren't any more customers.

I waited about 2 minutes for her to finish, then she motioned to me to step out of the way of the cameras.  We had to go out in the entrance way.

I asked her to play follow the leader with me for a minute and repeat the words out loud.  I had her repeat several different Setup Phrases on the Karate Chop Spot and a couple of runs through the main tapping points for reminder phrases.

These words are not exact, but pretty close to what I used:

"Even though this tapping stuff sounds a little silly, and I don't even know this person, I choose to be free of the pain and stiffness in my neck."

"Even though I have this crook in my neck, I deeply and completely accept myself."

"Even though I have this stiff, painful neck, I love and accept all of me."

"I don't deserve this pain in my neck and head, and I forgive myself for being so inflexible."

"Even though I have some remaining pain, I choose to have a strong, healthy, flexible neck now."

Total time we had together was about 1 minute before another customer was about to walk in.  I asked her to check her range of motion (it was full and appeared to be completely painless!).  She had to go, but as she walked away, she thanked me and said she felt great!

I was "tickled pink" that I was able to help a stranger in obvious pain, in such a short time!  I have no idea if the treatment stuck or not, because I haven't been back to that post office.  I didn't get her name, nor did I offer her one of my business cards.  Her reward was that she was pain free and comfortable for the rest of her shift, if not permanently. My reward was to facilitate another "One Minute Wonder!"
