Hi Everyone,

Cheryl Menard uses EFT to help her client to relax in front of a camera. Afterwards, the client said, "I don't know what you did yesterday, but I couldn't have cared less about the camera being there!"

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary,

Because EFT has been such a miracle for me, I'm starting to bring it to my friends and family more and more.  The resources on this web site, along with the DVD sets, have taught me a lot of methods to help get to core issues.  I worked with my friend Lisa recently and helped her overcome a camera-shy problem.

In order to advance in her career, Lisa needs to videotape herself teaching a group fitness class.  She's an outstanding instructor and always has just the right way to describe a move. She demonstrates all the options brilliantly and she’s encouraging and inspiring.  But put a camera in the room and she chokes.  She says she always feels like the camera is judging her.

So after she videotaped a class the other day, we tapped on the feeling of being judged by the camera.  We tapped on the foggy feeling in her head that disconnects her brain from her mouth.  We tapped on the desire to smash the stupid judging little thing to bits, which would be so satisfying yet so expensive.

Within a couple minutes she experienced a major shift - she suddenly felt terribly sad, with great heaviness in her chest.  We tapped on that, which revealed a limiting belief - if the videotaping goes well, she could be selected as a national trainer, a job she'd love and excel at, but which would take her away from her children for a whole weekend at a time.  We tapped on that until the intensity came down and she felt better overall.

The big result came the next morning when she videotaped her next class.  I got there just before class started, so we didn't get to talk or tap before class.  She gave an exceptional class and was at the top of her game.  After class she said, "I don't know what you did yesterday, but I couldn't have cared less about the camera being there!"  A big limitation apparently has been removed for her!  I really look forward to seeing how her career soars with the help of EFT!

Thank you for this amazing, powerful technique and for all the helpful resources on this site and in the DVD sets!

Hugs and Thanks

Cheryl Menard
