Surrogate EFT brings "snoring benefits"

Important Note: This article was written prior to 2010 and is now outdated. Please use my newest advancement, Optimal EFT. It is more efficient, more powerful and clearly explained in my free e-book, The Unseen Therapist™.  Best wishes, Gary

Lisa Gunnoe, a housewife, mother and portrait photographer used EFT "in her mind" (yet another positive example of surrogate tapping) for her husband's 17 year snoring problem. As you will see, impressive success was obtained, at least for the times the process was used. Only time will tell if the result is permanent. In the meantime, a simple round or two of EFT should provide snoring relief when needed. Please note that her husband also got relief from morning headaches.

Hi Gary,

I am not a professional practitioner of EFT. I am a housewife, mother, and portrait photographer who stumbled on to EFT two years ago, and fell in love with the gentle healing that EFT allows.

I know that you have said to use EFT on EVERYTHING, but it just never occurred to me that EFT could help with my husband's snoring!!

After almost 17 years of marriage I had learned to sleep through the snoring. It didn't bother me at all unless I didn't feel well, then I slept on the couch. About a week ago I wasn't sleeping well and my dear husband was snoring as usual. I had had enough!! I didn't want to physically tap him or myself (surrogate for him) because I didn't want the movement of the bed to wake him. So I surrogate tapped on him, in my mind. After three or four rounds the snoring stopped. Early in the morning he snored for about three breaths, and that was it. The next evening I tapped on him again, in my mind. Once again, a few snores in the morning.

During evening number three I told him what I had been up to. He had noticed that his morning headaches were less intense. That night I tapped on him physically (he refuses to use EFT for himself, but will allow me to do so) for his snoring. He snored like crazy. His headache was also very intense that morning. So we had to do some detective work to find out why it didn't work. He had eaten corn chips and dip shortly before bed time and we wondered if that was the culprit.

Evening four he didn't eat after supper before bed. I tapped physically on him for snoring. Another peaceful night and he awoke with no headache.

He spends many nights away from home because of his occupation. He was in a hotel the next night. He did not tap and he doesn't think he snored because he didn't wake with a headache. That was three days ago and I haven't tapped on him for snoring since. We are both thrilled because he isn't snoring (for the first time since he broke his nose as a teenager), and he is waking up headache free!!!!

I don't know if his snoring is cured for good, but we do know that we have a tool to help ease both or suffering if his snoring should return.
