Hi Everyone,

Here is a quality reminder from Lee Horner about the advantages of consistent tapping.

Hugs, Gary

By Lee Horner

Hello Gary,

It seems I have had emotional challenges since a child. I resented my brother, brooded about things and was often temperamental. My adult years were plagued with self doubt and difficult relations. This manifested in skin breakouts and an overwhelming mysterious pelvic pain in my body that was incapacitating, and crippled the whole of my future. Even ultrasound could not determine the source or cause of this pain that went on for almost five years of my life.

I somehow found EFT through a friend who delivered the online manual to my door already packaged in a binder. I was involved in another of those difficult negative relationships and unbeknownst to my negative friend I began tapping.

Every time he displayed road rage, temper, or negativity I tapped, instead of reacting on any other level. Before I knew it I was having a few minutes a day of pain free living. I recorded this in my tracking grid. Then I had a whole half day pain free and after that one or two days. This stretched into a week, a month.

Then my negative friend departed by some fluke of circumstance. (I had thought he was stuck to me forever). Instead of feeling bad I was euphoric. So in just months of tapping I was free of a bad relationship, and debilitating constant pain. Now I have had to monitor myself to not overdo my activities but except for a couple of very short relapses because of stress and over activity I have been completely free of this pain for more than two and one half years. I took no pain pills but did do trigger point therapy, also.

I was forgetting to tap because things were smooth...but I am now making it a part of my lifestyle as an insurance and guard against whatever negativity comes my way. I am also working on eyes, ear ringing, hearing, and the feeble remains of a skin break out. When I awaken I immediately tap as a reminder. I use a tracking grid daily to record my successes and things I am working on.

My set up statements are simple:

Even though I seem to have this __________________ I love myself absolutely, completely, totally.

Even though this seeming difficulty_________, is not yet gone I am in divine love where all is perfect, in order and as it should be.

I need no more than what is present in this divine moment and give thanks for the blessings I have.
For each situation I try to make my statements original, fresh, complete, and emotionally stimulating.

I can honestly say that my life has never been better. I am grateful for this safe natural method to help us with our daily living. EFT is a way of life for me and I use it in every conceivable difficulty. Thanks for a pain free life. Thank you for the realization that any emotional difficulty is only a tap away to freedom, joy, serenity and peace.
