Hi Everyone,We have many astonishing examples of pain relief like this one. In fact, there are so many that we could argue for EFT to be the number one procedure in anyone's first aid kit.

Hugs, Gary

Hi Gary,

I have been practicing EFT for pain and emotional distress for quite a while now.  I want to share this success story because it was such a terrible pain that went away so fast.

After the holidays my refrigerator was very full.  I opened the fridge door and a full 16 ounce jar of grape jelly fell from the top shelf and on to the toes of my left foot.  It took me to my knees and other than yelling out in pain I was speechless.

Thank goodness for tapping because I got my wits about me and even with the terrible pain in my foot I was able to tap on my karate chop point.  I'm not sure if I said this out loud or just thought it because I was in so much pain.  First I forgave myself for letting the fridge get so crowded and then tapped.

Even though I had no control over that stupid jar falling…

Even though this foot hurts like hell, and I probably will never walk again…

I did four rounds of tapping, caught my breath, got up off the kitchen floor where I had been sitting and continued cooking dinner.  We ate and I washed dishes.  The pain had been completely reduced to a level of intensity of 0 out of 10 and it had been worse than 10 out of 10.

Later, as I was working on the computer, my toes and foot started to itch, like when a wound heals.  I tapped for the itch, and it immediately stopped, but I wondered later if that wasn't just a part of the healing process.

The next morning my toes were very black, and the top of my foot was purple.  It has not hurt at all.  I was able to wear my shoes and go shopping.  A couple of days later it was still discolored but felt fine.  I am sure that without EFT I would have been laid up for a long time.  Every day I am grateful for learning about EFT.
