Hi Everyone,

EFT improves the performance of just about every athlete who takes it seriously. This includes Mark Ellis who used EFT to bowl his first 300 game in over 30 years as a bowler.

Hugs, Gary

Gary,

I have a short bowling story to share with your readers. I discovered EFT just over a year ago and I have been having great personal success with it for various pain issues and emotional well being. I have always been intrigued by the stories of personal improvement for athletes, but have not had the opportunity to try it until recently.

I have been a league bowler for 30+ years and have steadily improved over the years to the point where I have carried a 190 - 200 average over the past few years. The one thing that has always eluded me is the Perfect 300 game. I have had many opportunities in the past when the shot was just right and I could string 6 or 7 strikes to start a game, but my emotions would always get the best of me and I couldn’t carry it all the way into the 10th frame. I should point out here that I took 2 years off from bowling and just picked it back up a few weeks ago (my only bowling since discovering EFT).

This particular night was no different than any other night of bowling. I had a good 223 game to start the night and continued throwing strikes into the 2nd game. The big difference last night was that when I got past the 6th strike I started thinking about EFT and so, in between frames, I just sat in my chair tapping on the Karate Chop point and concentrating on staying calm.

This is the point in the game where my knees would normally turn to jelly and I would throw a bad shot. Not that night. I stayed calm all the way into the 10th frame. The first shot in the 10th crossed over “Brooklyn” and just carried the 10 pin. The second ball was good and I was only 1 strike away. I stood at the end of the approach and could see a bowler a couple lanes to my right, so I waited while he finished bowling.

All the while I tapped the Karate Chop point on my right hand against the ball return and just concentrated on the final shot. I could feel a quiver go through me just as I positioned the ball for my last approach and I smoothly delivered the ball just as I had in the previous 11 shots. Everyone watching said it was my best shot of the night. It hit flush in the pocket and crushed everything except the 7 pin, which slowly leaned to the left and fell into the gutter for the elusive perfect game.

I finished the night with a 183 game to give me a 706 series, but I attribute the “300” game to EFT's ability to keep my emotions in check and allowing my body to do the rest.
