Hi Everyone,

These brief cases by Elisabeth Clark give us motivation to (1) Try EFT on everything and (2) use surrogate EFT.

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary,

I wanted to share two One-Minute wonders with you:

Case #1: I walked into an airport restroom, and saw a woman who seemed to be crying or sniffling.  When she was still upset a few minutes later, I asked if there was a way I could help her.  She had just gotten off a plane and had a severe nosebleed she couldn't stop.  She was really scared that the bleeding wouldn't stop, and her travels were not completed.  I began doing surrogate tapping for her with a simple Even though my nose is bleeding and I need my blood to clot…

I did no more than 2 or 3 rounds, and the bleeding stopped.  She was thrilled.  I told her a little bit about EFT, and we went our separate ways.  I saw her about an hour later while she was waiting for a shuttle.  She smiled, pointed out that her nose was not bleeding, and said thank you.  I'm grateful that articles in the EFT newsletter provided the inspiration to try tapping on everything.

Case #2: I was babysitting my grandsons.  The 8-year old wanted me to call his mother because he had a tummy ache.  He accepts surrogate tapping, but doesn't like it when I use words to describe his feelings.  (He's an introvert, who hasn't named his feelings to himself.)  I tapped on myself for him, thinking "this tummy ache" while reading him a bedtime story.

He commented that I was reading too slowly while I tapped, so I quit using any words while I just tapped on myself and read the story at my normal pace.  The flushed face, tearful eyes, and tummy ache all disappeared within 3 or 4 rounds.  He was completely calm and fell asleep easily.  I didn't have to call my daughter and interrupt her date night with her husband.  Nice win-win-win, thanks to EFT.

Peace and Blessings,

Elisabeth Clark, EFT-ADV
