Hi Everyone,

Ann Marie Radix from Canada ate something that disagreed with her and thus caused several urgent trips to the bathroom. A bit later, she found herself with another embarrassing urge and no bathroom in sight. Here's what she did.

Hugs, Gary

Dear Gary,

I discovered EFT about 18 months ago and since then I have bought and viewed all of the video workshops, which are quite remarkable teaching tools. I have tried EFT on just about everything, from opening a tight screw to a dislocated shoulder. I have had countless one minute wonders. It has come so naturally to me now, I find myself tapping at the first sign of a challenge.

My Husband and I went to an open air festival and I bought a vegetable pattie. Fifteen minutes after eating it (I do hope you are not squeamish) I felt large rumblings, I did not think I would make it to the outdoor facilities but I did. After three more bouts we made an attempt to get back to the car, got to the underground parking area and, you guessed it, another strong urge and not a washroom in sight. I think it was the worst moment of my life. Then I heard your voice, "try it on everything." By now I had nothing to lose so I started tapping.

Even though I am in terrible pain and will run the risk of messing up everything, I deeply and profoundly love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I risk offending everyone in the car, I love and accept myself anyway.

Even though I might be teribly embarassed, I am a loveable person.

Then I did one round of what ifs, tapping on all the spots I could reach.

What if I could hold on until we get home.

After two more rounds of tapping I was relieved, both the pain and the urge left. (A blooming miracle) As it turned out, a journey that should have lasted 30 minutes went on for two and one half hours because of high volumes of traffic, and road closures. Of all the one minute wonders, this was indeed the greatest for me.

Love,

Ann Marie Radix
