EFT'ers report many interesting EFT "side effects" and this one by Masha Blaznik from Slovenia takes its rightful place among them. This may be quite useful for those couch potatoes who would like to feel motivated to exercise. Note how her main use of EFT centered around the Personal Peace Procedure.

Dear Gary,

I've been practicing EFT on myself, my family and friends for about two years now. I'm very excited and surprised in positive way with the effect that this technique has on me personally. I've been trying it for everything and using the Personal Peace Procedure when big stuff from the past came up. And the results are mind-blowing!

I have never been keen on sports and loathed the faintest idea of working out. But I woke up one day with the need to exercise!? I thought it would go away, so I waited. But the feeling that I need physical stamina and that this will help me to be mentally and emotionally fit was growing stronger.

So I stared to jog. And it wasn't easy. Many memories and complexes came up that were related to sports and working out. So I was jogging and tapping on my finger points at the same time for a month.

After a month I stared to enjoy my runs and issues from the past were simply dissolved. Whenever I felt the physical symptom or emotional issue rise during my exercises, I tapped on my fingertips. In my experiences those tapping points are as effective as facial ones and I felt the results in seconds.

After 3 months of exercising I ran the 10.5 km marathon. And I was successful! I felt on top of the world!

This technique has helped me to pursue the changes that I want in my life. I can feel and see them happen! It's amazing.
