EFT "homework" and other messages

Important Note: This article was written prior to 2010 and is now outdated. Please use my newest advancement, Optimal EFT. It is more efficient, more powerful and clearly explained in my free e-book, The Unseen Therapist™.  Best wishes, Gary

Hi Everyone,

Here are a variety of recent correspondences that help illustrate EFT. While all are useful, I would like to emphasize the importance of "EFT homework" that is involved in Hilary Jupp's message. She had her client tap daily and her result was dramatic improvement across a wide variety of physical ailments.

Hugs, Gary

Hi Gary,

I just had to pass on this result. I showed EFT to a woman who had a lot of physical problems over many years, including a severe back pain which had been there for more than seven years, a sinus problem that seemed to be caused by damp weather, and a problem with cold - she would wear a coat and a scarf round her neck even in warm weather and even then feel chilled and would frequently get a chesty cough that would hang about for days, usually accompanied by a sore throat.

I suggested she tap on a dysfunctional bladder meridian with the affirmation "Even though my Bladder Meridian is dysfunctional, I......" and tap on dysfunctional Bladder Meridian and to do three rounds of tapping at a time once a day for a week. She did this a month ago, and the back pain just disappeared and has not come back. She also finds she can leave off the coat and scarf, has not had a sinus problem nor a cough or sore throat in the month, which is unheard of previously, and is absolutely delighted with EFT!

Hi Gary,

Saw a patient today with advanced prostate cancer. He is on hospice and is going to die fairly soon. He has accepted the eventuality of his death with really no fear about this. However, he expressed to me that he does have a lot of depression from the fatigue and lack of energy which he is experiencing. We tapped on this issue for two rounds, and all of a sudden he broke out into a hysterical laughter for about 6-7 minutes. It was uncontrollable and came in paroxysms; we both got a big kick out of this, and the whole process was so healing for him. He said all of the depression was gone from his body. What a gift to be able to give to somebody.

Regards,

Today I was able to use the technique on a gentleman with shoulder pain for the last two years. It was as a result of a car accident. After a few rounds of tapping, the shoulder was improved. He looked at me directly in the eyes so seriously, and asked, "Who are you?" (That was only a few moments after he shared that he and his wife's favorite show on TV is "Touched by an Angel".) I felt that I was his angel today! Note from GC: It's my favorite TV program too

And finally, this correspondence between SCOTT H. and me regarding getting started with using EFT for golf. His message was a response to my golfing article entitled "Someday fortunes will be made..." in which I stated, "How loudly must one beat the drum to get attention?"

Gary,

I hear the drum---been hearing it--am frustrated about how to go about doing it---see awesome potential---not sure where to start--been tapping--obviously need to tap some more---just sending this is a breakthrough---will follow with more--thanks for being there--warm hugs, Scott

GC RESPONSE:

Scott,

There is no magic to getting started. Just have a dream and start somewhere. Go tell a golfer that you have a relaxation technique that will probably enhance his golf score. Tell this to several golfers. Sooner or later, someone will tell you yes. After several yes's you will have some successes and will generate some experience. Build a reputation from there. Be willing to stub your toe.

Go rent the movie "RUDY." It's a true story about what someone can do with a dream even when the odds are all against them. It's a must for everyone's movie library. I've seen the whole movie 4 times and watched the last 15 minutes of it dozens of times. Truly inspirational.

With admiration, Gary
