Dear Gary,

I couldn't wait to share my success with you!  I've gotten tremendous inspiration from the Palace of Possibilities section on your web site, and your DVD set From EFT to the Palace of Possibilities. 

I ran a New Year's Resolutions workshop, combining EFT with the Palace of Possibilities and Law of Attraction principles.  It was an absolute smash hit!  Everyone floated out of that room glowing, just vibrating with excitement (including me)!  I'll follow up with each participant in a couple of weeks to verify they're getting their desired results.  But I couldn't wait to share the process with you and your readers.

Each workshop participant started with their top resolution.  Example: lose weight.  That's a pretty common resolution.  People seem to make this resolution every year.  People have to make it every year, because it usually doesn't work.  It feels awful!  It's a lot of work, takes so much effort and willpower and constant vigilance!  It means deprivation and hunger and - literally - loss! 

I helped each person reword their resolution, using Palace of Possibilities and Law of Attraction principles, to create affirmations.  We reworked and reworded until we had the best possible outcome they could honestly believe in.  No shoulds, purely wants.  First person, present tense.  Carefully chosen words, only words they wanted to attract.  For example, a couple people initially wrote stress-free.  We decided on peaceful instead.

The second step was to identify 7 fabulous benefits they'd get by achieving their outcome.  Again, first person, present tense, best possible believable, only desirable words.  Then I combined the statements into a quick & simple daily EFT exercise.  Here's an example:

Top of the Head: I'm so excited, just totally PSYCHED now that I have a light, strong, flexible, healthy body, weighing 135 pounds!

Eye Brow: I feel vibrant and youthful!

Side of the Eye: My clothes feel delightfully comfortable and look fantastic on me!

Under the Eye: I feel utterly confident and powerful!

Under the Nose: I have peace in my heart and patience with myself and everyone else!

Chin: I have plenty of energy to do anything I choose to do!

Collar Bone: I thoroughly enjoy a deep restful night's sleep!  I wake up feeling refreshed and recharged!  I revel in greeting each new day full of possibilities!

Under the Arm: I'm so happy and grateful for this wonderful feeling!

GC COMMENT: Good idea! It would also be helpful to listen for the "tail-enders" (yes-buts) that may occur at the end of each of these well worded statements. They can point to unresolved issues that, once collapsed with EFT, can add smoothness to the process.

CHERYL CONTINUES: Do two passes of that in the morning and see how your subconscious takes over from there!  The new subconscious belief - and the excitement of that vibration - drives healthy choices all day!  Forget willpower!  Forget constant vigilance!  Let it be easy this year!
