Hi Everyone,

This brief story, brought to us by Annelies Carlos of Venezuela, is another of our "EFT for First Aid" accounts, this time involving a badly swollen finger. Notice the humor at the end. Please consult physicians on medical cases such as this.

Hugs, Gary

I have a funny story to tell.  I'm originally from San Diego, California and I've been living overseas in Venezuela for the past ten years now. One day my gardener was picking up some leaves and he felt a sharp pain in his finger and it began to swell quickly.  I offered to take him to the doctor, but he refused. The following day not only was his finger more swollen, but his entire hand also.  It was so swollen that I thought if he doesn’t see a doctor he might lose his hand.  (This incident happened two years ago when I was barely learning EFT).  Since he refused to go to the doctor again , I asked him if he wanted me to do "acupressure" on him.  He said yes and I began tapping.

Even though I have this inflammation…

Even though I have this infection…

Even though I have this bacteria…

I tapped for about ten minutes on those issues.  The next day I couldn’t believe my eyes. His hand was not swollen and neither was his finger.  I wish I had taken a picture of his hand before and after the tapping.

Now here is the funny thing. He told me that he also knew how to do that thing I did.  He said that he would get some ashes and make a circle around himself, and then he yelled out some words related to witchcraft.

I still see him and he still thinks I'm a witch.

Blessings, Annelies Carlos
