Hi Everyone,

This delightful idea by Daphine Wilson should be fun for children and adults alike. It's a great way to connect with children and give them an "EFT workout" to boot.

Hugs, Gary

Hi Gary,

I thought of this game and wanted to share with you and all the clients who want to find easy, fun ways to teach their small children EFT.

When I was a child my Mom played a little game with me.  I am not sure where it originated.  It might be a holdover from days when parents couldn't readily buy toys.  Perhaps it is a demographic game but nevertheless when my mom played with me I always felt all warm, safe and smiley inside.

It didn't matter if I was sad, frightened, or sick, the game made everything in my small world all right.  Many years have passed since that time and I had forgotten the game until I became involved with EFT.  One day in a workshop, I was telling the attendants how the spots we use in the Basic EFT recipe are spots we touch naturally.  All at once I had a flash back from my youth that made total sense to me.  The game I am telling you about was, at my house at least, called Eye Winker, Tommy Tinker.

1. Eye Winker - Both Eyebrow points

2. Tummy Tinker - Under the eye

3. Nose dropper - Under the nose

4. Mouth Eater - Under the mouth

5. Chin Chopper - Under the chin

6. Tickle point - Collarbone points

To play this game with your children simply tap several times on the points above while saying the words it represents in the game.  At the 6th point or collarbone you say, "got you …got you" while tickling them.  They love the quality time you are giving them and they are getting an EFT workout!

I showed this game to some of my clients who have reported back that it helped a child with skinned knees stop crying, settled a hyper child, and made an irritable sick child smile and go to sleep.
