Hi Everyone,

Patricia Proctor from Scotland shares her gentle, common sense EFT approach to her cat's inability to "hit" the litter tray. Note how she does this by addressing an emotional issue.

Hi Gary

I'm a newbie to EFT and am busily trying it out for all sorts of things on myself and others.  I would like to relate one extraordinary experience I have had.  My little cat is 12 and she has many "accidents" when using her litter tray.  I have tried everything to make her clean but nothing has helped so far.  I thought I would give EFT a try.

I tapped on her head, round the ears and down both legs to her paws.  I used the phrases: Please forgive my anxiety with you when you miss the tray … Even when you miss the tray I love and accept you.

That's all I did.  Two rounds of each and she hasn't missed the tray since.

I'm still at the stage where I can't really believe EFT works - although I use it daily and am constantly amazed!

Best wishes

Tricia Proctor (Scotland)
