Hi Everyone,

Here's a useful example of an EFT delayed reaction. My thank you to Janet Berg for submitting it.

Dear Gary,

Last weekend I taught an EFT Level 1 workshop.  Two days later, I received an exciting call from Andrea, a participant.  She told me that about 6 weeks prior she had taken a trip to the Bahamas in which getting there had been more than frustrating (lost luggage, etc).  To top it off, she fell and hurt her leg, and the result was a large lump that had not gone away.  X-rays showed no break, but there was still pain.

After the workshop she was still a little skeptical, but decided to tap on the lump.  She tapped on everything that had been frustrating about the trip, the lump and the pain, and then thought “ok, whatever,” and let it go.  Later she tapped on the remaining anger that was left, and she went to bed.

In the morning, she just naturally reached down to touch it, and was thrilled to find that it was completely gone!  Only a tiny bit of tenderness remained.  She said that she was now a believer, and that she was excited to begin working on her Personal Peace Procedure.

I love EFT!
