Today's Loving Experience (From Epoch Bright): "On my flight from San Diego to Nashville today, sitting in the row next to me was a 96 year old woman who hasn’t flown in 15 years.
For her birthday she wanted to go to Kansas City to see her family but she was scared of flying. She asked for this man’s hand during takeoff and then hugged him again when experiencing turbulence. This gentleman I should say, gladly took her hand, let her hold onto him, calmed her by talking to her and explaining everything that was happening, and simply was that stranger there for her. He knew just what to do the entire flight to help. He helped her stand up to go to the restroom and watched her carefully walk down the aisle. It made me smile the whole flight as he comforted her.
This man was her flight angel. He held her bag, helped her get off the plane and into the wheelchair, and when she got confused wondering where her daughter went (she called her her sister), he stayed with her until she caught up with her daughter who got separated from her.
I walked away sobbing happy tears being so thankful for people like this wonderful human. She was so grateful that she wanted him to have her flight pretzels. 😇Hats off to you sir, for your kind heart and your compassion toward someone whom you’ve never met. I have never been so touched on a flight before. This truly made my week"
THE UNSEEN THERAPIST AT WORK - A SERIES
NOTE: This series is meant primarily for our OEFT Course Membership and assumes a special, High-End level of understanding. However, as a courtesy, I'm including it here for non-members as well in hopes that we might broaden the benefits for all. It should be well worth everyone's exploration. Enjoy.
Resolution Of Severe Agoraphobia,
Allergies, OCD, Depression And More
"...including the Unseen Therapist approaches she used to eliminate ALL these issues and bring him major freedom."
Due to severe childhood rejection, criticism and abuse, Sonia Novinsky's Brazilian client developed a long list of serious issues. Sonia gives us many details, including the Unseen Therapist approaches she used to eliminate ALL these issues and bring him major freedom.
This common question often occurs in the minds of newcomers to Optimal EFT (The Unseen Therapist). The answer is quite simple and is explored in this discussion between Anne Ryan (dedicated OEFT practitioner) and myself.
Question: I have been practicing with OEFT with Marcia (beautiful lady), however, I can't seem to "feel it." Don't know if that makes sense. Nonetheless, I will continue practicing OEFT.
Answer: FYI, no need to "feel it" with Unseen Therapist. Very few people actually "feel" Her presence or Her doing her job. I don't either.
However, that is not the criteria. Rather, the measure is to notice whether or not the specific event you are working on has improved in intensity (example: dropping from a 9 to 2). THAT is the evidence She is there, not some warm fuzzy or other feeling. It's like taking an aspirin for a headache. The only way you know it works is whether or not your headache is better. You don't require harps, angels or the like as proof.
Hope this helps, Gary
Response: Thank you Gary. That is most encouraging to me.
Our next Webinar: It will be on Sunday, September 25, at 10am Pacific time. It will be dedicated to Members' questions/comments about our Advanced Lessons, Self-Help Sessions, Challenging cases, personal uses or anything else that will help us climb our Stairway to Miracles.
This time, we will continue with more of our common errors made by students and the opporltunities behind them. This was a highly popular topic last time but we didn't get to complete it.
As before, I will be joined by Sheri Baker and Gabrielle Rutten, MD in exploring these topics and providing answers to your questions. Write to me about them or bring them up at the Webinar.
Our last Webinar's recording is now available: To access it, just login to your Optimal EFT Membership Account and, in the left hand menu, click/tap on Recorded Webinars>Webinars 2017 and after>Webinars 136-185>#144: Common Student Errors

The Grand Ballroom Blilss Metaphor
I woke up tis morning feeling filled with the Unseen Therapist's bliss. I have just started one of Sheri's Boot Camps so I'm sure that's at least part of the reason.
I found myself immersed in your Grand Ballroom Bliss metaphor. I really like this metaphor especially the part when we unzip our body armour to reveal our 'loving spirit & soul'. I particularly like the additional part when we look out the window and we observe what appears to be seemingly less fortunate individuals (example; homeless and drug abusers).
As we invite them in, they also unzip their body armour and we immediately notice that they too, of course, have the same 'loving spirt & soul' as ourselves and again, just like us, they just want to be accepted & loved.
I was guided to the realisation that evil can only live where love does not. The goal being: to fill your heart, spirit and soul with love - then there is no room for negative thoughts, let alone evil.
Alanna St. Laurent Praises Our SHIFT Method
"Further, you learn and use it in an afternoon."
Intro from Gary: The SHIFT Method is a shortcut technique that is explained in the earlier part of the instructions in the "Read This First - How To Take This Course" article (the first article you see when you login to our OEFT Course).
It contains most of the sophisticated elements of the Course (but without in-depth explanation) and can be VERY effective. Further, you learn and use it in an afternoon.
Gratitude to Alanna St. Laurent for sharing her experiences with it below...
I wanted to respond to your discussion of the SHIFT method during your last recorded webinar. I wasn’t able to be there live, but I did listen to it the next day, and I wanted to let you know that even though I have only made it through the lessons once so far, and have listened to every single video in the recorded Webinars, I still use the SHIFT method video as my primary way to connect to the Unseen therapist.
I find that I like being led through a session. I feel as it gives me more room and focus to look at my memory, or more importantly, to the messages that are coming in while I am being worked on during the session. I had reached out to you in the past asking you about the music that was used in the video, and while you were unable to share the information, I wanted to let you know that I find that the music is an important part to the process. I am not sure why as I don’t know what is happening in the layers of music, but I do feel that there is something special going on.
During the video, as I’ve become more familiar with the process, I stop the player when I need to write down notes/ideas or reframes from UT, or I just need more time with The Unseen Therapist. It is very flexible like that. I always have a notebook where I write down my issue, and rate before and after, then write notes for future issues or messages from The Unseen Therapist.
My suggestion to those who are new to your OEFT Course, is that the SHIFT method video could very well be what they’re looking for if they are looking for “something quick” to help with a current concern. That is how I started, and kept with it since I’ve had great results so far (1.5 years in your Course). I still have a ways to go, and I may change my process in the future, but for now, it works.
Praise For The "Tell The Story Technique" From Member Terry Eichler
I have been using the ''Tell the Story technique" (Advanced Lesson #15) on a number of specific events and it is working wonders. It seems to be my favorite way to work with the Unseen Therapist because so many aspects can be addressed. Also, the incident gets handled in a complete way.
