The Missing Piece to the Stage Fright Puzzle.
Ideally Suited for EFT.
Why is EFT so effective for the fear of public speaking?
Because it aims at the true cause. EFT's groundbreaking discovery is that...
The cause of all negative emotions (including
the anxieties and stresses of stage fright)
is a disruption in the body's energy system.
And when we speak of the "body's energy system" we mean the acupuncture meridians that were discovered by the Chinese 5,000 years ago.
In essence, when you are asked to be on stage the free flow of these subtle energies becomes disrupted. It is like a short circuit in a TV set where the picture and sound develop distortions. It is that short circuit or zzzzzt that you feel. Your pounding heart, sweats, throat constriction, abdominal distress and a long list of other symptoms are a direct result of this disruption.
Fortunately, EFT addresses this disruption without resorting to the acupuncturist's needles. Instead, we stimulate the meridians by tapping on them with our finger tips. Properly done, EFT eliminates the zzzzzt (often permanently) and you couldn't get upset about public speaking if you tried.
This course will teach you how to do this in a step-by-step fashion. You may be one of the fortunate ones where a few minutes of applying EFT will eliminate the problem permanently. This happens around 10 to 20% of the time (my rough estimate). Otherwise, it may take a few sessions.
To help you achieve success, this course will display three sessions with Cheryl and her extreme nervousness about public speaking. You will watch (and can even "tap along") as her advanced anxiety fades into nothingness.
